His goal is to help operators scale efficiently, clarifying messaging, ranking content, and putting simple systems in place that convert without fluff.
Tim also authors The Anti-Marketing Playbook, a practical system for $5M–$50M companies to escape noisy tactics and build compounding growth. The playbook distills his video-first SEO, messaging, and automation frameworks into clear steps teams can implement quickly. Tim's extensive Navy career is a testament to his skills and resilience. Over the years, he has been on more than 100 Navy ships, deployed for a year working with Navy Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewmen (SWCC), and shot video in some of the most challenging environments, including out of helicopters and while hanging off the edges of ships. He was actively involved in public affairs during humanitarian missions, including tsunami support in Japan. His work has also taken him to Mexico, India, and Kenya, where he created mission-driven videos that strengthened his storytelling abilities and enhanced his expertise in the field.




In addition to his professional work, Tim is deeply passionate about teaching younger generations how to effectively create video content for Christian missions. He believes that video is a powerful tool with the ability to shape society, and he is committed to using it to build the Kingdom of Christ. Through his work, Tim aims to inspire others to harness video’s potential to spread the message of faith and impact the world for good.
At home, Tim lives on five peaceful acres with his wife and their two short-haired dogs. His daily routine includes spending time in nature with his dogs, reflecting his belief in finding balance between work and life. Tim and his wife have three grown children, two grandchildren and he continues to be inspired by the next generation, bringing passion and creativity to everything he does.
